Vendor Information

How Do You Participate?

1. Complete the vendor registration form.

2. You will be emailed a Vendor Application.

3. Complete the Vendor Application and fax it to 403.770.8116 or email it to registration@svrFarmMarket.com

4. You will be contacted within two days of receiving your completed application by email. When contacted by email, you will be sent a supplemental series of questions you may be asked during your telephone discussion. You will also be asked for a best time to call you.

5. When contacted you will be participating in a telephone interview.

6. Following the interview, you may be invited to tour the Symons Valley Ranch facilities with a small group of like-minded potential participants for an orientation.

7. Following the orientation, you will be informed if your application has been accepted. If your application is accepted you will be asked to sign a non-binding offer to receive a license agreement. Once the signed “Offer to Receive a License Agreement” is received in the office, you will be sent a formal License Agreement.

8. You will have 5 days to review and sign the License Agreement and return it to the office.

From beginning to end, this process will take less than 10 days. At each stage of the review process you will receive detailed instructions to support you.

Available Vendor Locations
There are a limited number of vendor locations available. Vendor locations are allocated based on a vendor-typology necessary to create a vibrant shopping experience for the customer.

Currently there are 43 indoor locations and 35 outdoor summer locations. (A vendor map will be forwarded to you with your vendor registration).
