Symons Valley Ranch Farm Store & Market – 5 days per week - Opens July 19
One of the ongoing businesses at Symons Valley Ranch is a 5-day a week store operation. The “Symons Valley Ranch Farm Store & Market” retail store concept sells products from local farmers and producers as suppliers/service units within a single cash register system.

The Farm Store & Market consists of six key product areas: produce, meat, bakery, dairy/specialty items, vitamins/supplements, local only grocery. Each area would be designed like a market and would be staffed by a combination of vendors.

Throughout the week, the Farm Store can make participating Market Vendors’ products available for a fee.

Symons Valley Ranch Tap House and Farm Fusion Restaurant – 7 days per week

The restaurant personifies the fresh local products which are available from the Farm Market creating a destination eating and drinking experience 7 days per week.

The Executive Chef of the restaurant will also be the Executive Chef of the Symons Valley Ranch Farmer’s Market.

Market Vendors – Symons Valley Ranch 3-Day Market – 3 days per week - Opens July 19
The SVR 3-Day Market will have 65-100 vendors on-site throughout the year. Operating three days per week, the SVR 3-Day Market provides a distribution point for farmers, producers and artisans.

In the summer time, there is also a 2-Day outdoor market on Saturdays and Sundays.

Summer Market
Be a part of all or a select part of the 14 week summer market program. Running from July 20 through October 6. Choose the days and dates that work for you. The summer market operates Saturdays and Sundays from 10a-5p. Register as a vendor and ask for the summer application.
